CareFund is dedicated to advancing housing stability in Cowlitz County by providing a variety of housing assistance programs, empowering individuals and families to thrive in safe and secure homes. Our mission is to alleviate housing insecurity and foster community resilience through compassionate support and proactive solutions.
OUR SERVICES

Emergency Rental Assistance.
CareFund can provide assistance with application fees, first month’s rent, security deposit, Emergency Rent Assistance to prevent eviction, Mortgage Assistance, & Utility Assistance.

Supportive Housing Program.
waitlist: open
CareFund provides long-term housing to participants who are homeless or at risk of being homeless. CareFund’s Supportive Housing Program Waitlist is open and currently accepting applicants.

Housing Navigation.
CareFund provides housing navigation to individuals who need assistance finding independent housing. Types of assistance provided may include Landlord Advocacy, Writing Reasonable Accommodations, and Assistance searching for a unit in your price range.

Housing Case Management.
CareFund’s Supportive Housing Program provides housing case management for participants in a CareFund designated housing program or that have received a permanent housing voucher by another program/agency and require help placing the voucher.
